High-Temperature Enameled Glass (Ceramic Fritted Glass / Enameled Tempered Glass)

Process
Inorganic ceramic enamel is applied to the glass surface via screen printing or digital inkjet printing, then simultaneously sintered in a tempering furnace at 620–700°C. The enamel layer fuses with the glass to form a single, permanent coating that cannot be scraped off.

Key Performance Characteristics
- ✅ UV-resistant, salt spray-resistant, fade-resistant, and peel-resistant; stable for long-term outdoor use
- ✅ Highly abrasion-resistant, acid- and alkali-resistant, and easy to clean
- ✅ Retains the safety properties of tempered glass; broken fragments are blunt
- ✅ Provides sunshade, light control, and privacy; supports customization of RAL/Pantone colors, patterns, and logos
- ✅ Suitable for secondary processing: cutting, edge grinding, drilling, insulating glass assembly, laminating, and bending

Common Specifications
- Thickness: 4–19 mm; 6–8 mm commonly used for aquariums; 10–12 mm for curtain walls
- Base Material: Standard float glass / Ultra-clear float glass
- Maximum Sheet Size: 2500 × 4900 mm; custom sizes available

Main Applications
1. Architecture: Curtain walls, window sills, partitions, railings, canopies (glaze should be applied to the inner side of the insulated glass unit)
2. Furniture and Appliances: Cabinet doors, countertops, oven panels, appliance panels
3. Aquariums: Aquarium bases, background panels, overflow side panels (must use aquarium-grade, water- and salt-fog-resistant glaze)

Why Curved Tempered Glass Is Stronger and Safer
Image Source: statics.mylandingpages.co Curved tempered glass outperforms flat tempered glass of identical thickness and type. Tempering locks compressive stress into the surface, blocking crack formation. Curvature adds an arch effect, spreading impact loads across a wider area. This combination delivers superior safety and strength, plus r

Ultra Clear Glass Made Easy for Your Project
Image Source: statics.mylandingpages.co Ultra clear glass contains very low iron content, so it stays crystal clear instead of showing a green tint. This higher transparency and true color rendering means whatever sits behind the glass looks exactly as it should. Conventional clear glass has more iron, which adds a slight green tint and dull
