Product Description
TPS is a flexible, continuous warm-edge spacer system without any metal. It is extruded from a specially formulated butyl rubber (or similar thermoplastic material), with a desiccant mixed inside. During the glass lamination process, TPS is directly bonded to the edge of the glass through heating and pressure, forming a continuous, seamless sealing band.
Features:
Outstanding warm edge performance: extremely low thermal conductivity.
Excellent sealing performance: The continuous and seamless structure eliminates possible leakage points at the corners, significantly reducing the leakage rate of inert gases and water permeability, and extending the service life.
Simplified production process: One-time extrusion molding, no need for Angle key connection.
Good structural strength: It can withstand the stress caused by wind pressure and temperature changes.
